KTM
Kantor Transformation Method™
Understand. Transform. Integrate. Live Differently.
"On the outside, your life seems to be working. But deep down, you know something needs to change."
ABOUT KTM
KTM – Kantor Transformation Method™ is my original transformational approach, integrating psychotherapy, systemic thinking, and coaching into one comprehensive process of change.
It is based on a simple observation: understanding what is happening in our lives is not always enough to enable us to change it.
KTM therefore goes beyond simply understanding a problem. It works with the whole person – their emotions, needs, relationships, beliefs, life experiences, everyday habits, personal resources, and vision for the future.
The aim is to bring meaningful change out of the therapy or coaching session and into everyday life.
WHO IS KTM FOR?
KTM is designed for people who want to do more than address an isolated problem. They want to create meaningful, lasting, and sustainable change in their lives.
This may involve personal life, relationships, recurring patterns of behaviour, life or career direction, challenging life transitions, or a desire to change the way you have been living and functioning.
You do not need to have a clearly defined problem or know exactly what your journey towards change should look like.
What connects people who choose KTM is not a particular problem. It is the decision to make a genuine change in their lives.

THE 7 PHASES OF TRANSFORMATION
The KTM process follows seven interconnected phases that provide direction and structure for meaningful change.
The journey begins with understanding your current situation and identifying what you want to change. It then moves through exploring obstacles and personal resources, developing new strategies, and integrating these changes into everyday life.
Throughout the process, you create your own personal maps and strategies, learn to recognise your patterns, needs, and strengths, and develop practical tools that you can gradually use independently.
The KTM framework provides structure and direction. Your journey is always individual.
KTM INTESIVE
KTM Intensive is a specialised six-week individual programme based on the Kantor Transformation Method™.
It is designed primarily for people who use alcohol and/or cocaine in ways that have become risky or increasingly difficult to control, and who want to change their relationship with these substances through a discreet, intensive, and structured approach.
Many continue to function successfully in their personal and professional lives. They work, run businesses, lead companies or teams, have families, and carry significant responsibilities.
Yet they are beginning to recognise that alcohol or cocaine is taking up more space in their lives than they want it to.
You do not have to wait until the situation becomes unmanageable. Change can begin much earlier.
HOW DOES KTM INTENSIVE WORK?
Over six weeks of intensive individual collaboration, the programme includes:
18 individual sessions, each lasting 50–90 minutes, usually three times per week.
A structured process following the seven phases of KTM.
Personalised maps, strategies, and working materials.
Practical work and reflection between sessions.
Limited WhatsApp support throughout the programme.
The programme is always tailored to your individual circumstances.
Throughout the process, we explore the triggers and patterns that initiate and maintain substance use, high-risk situations, cravings, emotions and stress, daily routines, sleep and recovery, relationships, environmental influences, and your personal strengths and resources.
Step by step, we develop your own personal system for change – practical strategies and new ways of functioning that you can apply in everyday life.
The goal is to help you gradually become confident in using KTM tools independently and take responsibility for the continued direction of your own change.
DISCREET. PERSONAL. INTESIVE.
KTM Intensive is delivered through individual and confidential collaboration.
You can participate in person, online, or through a combination of both.
KTM Intensive is an outpatient programme. It does not replace medical detoxification, inpatient treatment, psychiatric care, specialist addiction treatment, or any other necessary healthcare.
We will therefore assess together whether the programme is appropriate for your circumstances before it begins.
IS KTM INTENSIVE RIGHT FOR YOU?
KTM Intensive is designed for people who are ready to commit their time, energy, and attention to meaningful change and actively engage in the process between sessions.
The first step is an introductory consultation.
Together, we will explore your current situation, clarify what you want to achieve, and assess whether KTM Intensive is an appropriate approach for you.
You do not have to wait for a crisis to begin making a change.
IT IS NOT ABOUT LABELS. IT IS ABOUT CHANGE.
You do not have to wait until alcohol or cocaine use begins to seriously affect your personal or professional life.
Perhaps you are already noticing that you use alcohol and/or cocaine more often than you would like, that maintaining control is becoming increasingly difficult, or that substance use is taking up more space in your life than you feel comfortable with.
KTM Intensive focuses on your individual circumstances – the role substance use plays in your life, what triggers and maintains it, what it gives you, what it takes away from you, and, most importantly, what you want to change.
The question is not simply:
"How can I reduce or stop using alcohol or cocaine?"
An equally important question is:
"What will work in my life instead?"
This is where meaningful change begins.
